Currently, the social network photo attached to the contact comes automatically without an option to choose.
In general, if someone has Facebook and another social networks synced, the default or main picture will be from Facebook. Though, if someone has created a ME Card, their ME Card photo will be the default.
We are discussing to possibly add a feature like this in the future.
