To create custom sync settings for a specific contact:
1. Go into the Contacts tab on the bottom menu.
2. Select the contact you want to set the settings for.
3. Scroll down and tap Sync Settings
4. Turn Custom Settings ON.

Now you can change the settings and choose which information you would like synced for this contact.
