Sync.ME-Background Sync is turned on but no updates-[Sync.ME]

After unlocking the Premium Pack, it is recommended to check the following device settings to see if the Background Sync is is enabled:
1. Check if Background sync is enabled for Sync.ME
Device Settings>General>Background App Refresh>enable for Sync.ME
2. Check if local notifications are enabled in the app
Device Settings>Notification Center>find Sync.ME>choose either Banners or Alerts.
How to know if the Background Sync is working:
  • Outside of the app: you receive notificationsthat the app found duplicates, or that a new contact should be synced
  • When you open the app: you receive a notification that contacts have been updated – This tells you that new info for your already matched contacts has already been synced/updated.
