After creating a backup file of your contacts using the Contacts Backup feature, you can import the contacts from this file at any time.
Here are instructions for importing a backup file of your contacts:
- Open up the email containing the Contacts Backup file. To find it, search "Sync.ME Contacts Backup".
2. Scroll down to the attachment and tap the attachment to download it.
3. Press "Open in Contacts"
4. After download you’ll see the list of contacts in this file. Press "Add All Contacts"
5. Choose if you want to add these as new contacts or merge them along with your existing contacts.
If you press "Merge with Contacts", iOS will add in the info to duplicate contacts in your list.
Note: Due to an iOS bug, phone number will be duplicated inside the contact details.
