You can search our FAQ and write a message, then receive a response directly from inside the app.
To help us better investigate an issue, you can contact our team within the app.
Enter as much detail about the problem you are having then just tap: Settings tab>Help
We suggest to first search the FAQ to see if there is an answer to your existing question, use the search bar to find a relevant FAQ. If you didn’t find what you were looking for, press "Report an Issue" to send us a message.
Type in your message and press "Next" to submit.
The first time you use the in-app help you’ll be prompted to enter your name and email. This will help to manage all of your inquiries.
