Sync.ME-How do I report an issue or bug?-[Sync.ME]

You can search our FAQ, write a message, and receive a response directly from inside the app.
To help us investigate an issue, you can contact our team within the app. Reproduce the problem you are having then just tap: Left side menu> Support.
Enter as much detail as you can about the scenario.


*We suggest to check out the FAQ to see if there is already an article written about the issue/question.


Type in the search bar to find an FAQ or help article.If you didn’t find what you were looking for, press "Contact Us" to send us a message.


The first time you use the in-app help you’ll be prompted to enter your name and email. This will help to manage all of your inquiries.

You can also tap the image icon to add a screenshot of the issue.
