At the bottom of all Stitcher emails, there is an ‘Unsubscribe’ link, which you can use to unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time.
To manage your preferences further, here are additional steps by platform
iOS:
In our iOS app, you can update your email address by going to Settings > Account and entering your desired email address there. Be sure you click "Save" in the upper-right corner to commit your changes. You can also change your password and update to Stitcher Premium on this screen.
To subscribe or unsubscribe to Stitcher email updates in our iOS app, go to Settings > General > Email Updates and select the email updates you’d like to receive. To unsubscribe from all Stitcher email updates, simply make sure none of the boxes are checked.
Android:
Currently, listeners are unable to update their email address and email subscription settings via the Android app. This functionality will be added soon. In the meantime, please send us an email by clicking theHelpbutton under yourSettingsmenu and then clicking theconversationicon in the upper-right corner.
Web:
To update your email subscription via our web app, click on your name in the upper-right corner and select Settings from the menu. I f you want to receive Stitcher emails, m ake sure the "Receive Email Updates" box is checked. To unsubscribe from Stitcher emails, make sure the box is unchecked.
Listeners are not currently able to change their email address via the web app. Please use the iOS app, or click the "Feedback" button on the lower-left side of the web app and send us an email by clicking the "Contact Us" button.

You can always unsubscribe from our email newsletter by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email itself.
