Install Stitcher to your Android device through the Google Play Store. When you launch Stitcher you will be prompted to log in or create an account. Then you will be directed to a list of stations. Press the tabs at the top of the screen to choose a station either by Topic or Content Provider. Select your interests and we will personalize your Front Page for you! Tap ‘done’ and you’ll be taken to the Front Page, where you can start listening to a smart feed of episodes and daily headlines. Learn more about the Front Page here.
You can also navigate quickly and easily through all content offered in Stitcher by swiping right to open the left side menu. Here you can:
1) Check out your station or create new station playlists. By default, you will always have a Listen Later and Favorites playlist. Learn more about Listen Later here and Favorites here.
2) Go to Browse Shows for thousands of radio shows and podcasts, updated constantly. Stitcher features thousands of shows from hundreds of major talk radio providers like NPR, CNN, Wall Street Journal and more.
3) Use Search to find Live Radio you’re looking for. While listening to a live stream, add to your favorites by tapping the Plus icon. Live streams are kept in a separate playlist within My Stations called "Live Radio" on the mobile app.
As you find the podcasts and stations you like, create your own personalized station directory using Favorites. Just press the Plus icon while listening to add the show to your Favorites Playlist and tune back in at any time in the future by visiting your "Favorites Playlist" in the left side menu.
