1. 20% increased chance to Refine your Gear
This buff applies to the current success rate at each refine level
If an item has 10% chance to be refine, then it will have 12% chance with the bonus (10% x1.2).
If you add magic powder, then the items will have 24% chance with the bonus ((10%x2) x1.2).
Note that the bonus can be very helpful for lower refine levels, up to +10, but at higher refine levels the success rate being 1 digit, the impact will be small.

– Magic Powder x1 (20 Rubies)
– Magic Powder x10 (160 Rubies, 20% off)
