There will be a short Server Maintenance on Wednesday May 25th from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM AEST. The game servers won’t be accessible during that time.
Please do not enter any instanced dungeons just before the maintenance as you will be kicked out and may lose your Seals or Tickets.
New Countries and Players
- Arcane Online is now ready to be opened in more regions!
- Please welcome users from Singapore and Fiji to the Eldine server!
- We will also be opening dedicated servers for North America based on the CST (UTC-6) time zone after the maintenance.
Content Update
- In return of your love and interest for Arcane Online, we have prepared a Sweepstake Event! Check our Facebook post about the event tomorrow for detailed information.
- We also updated the game to support lower spec devices. Arcane Online is now available for play on phones with lower CPU and processing power like Samsung S2 or equivalent.
About Network Issues
- Recently, we have faced a serious lagging and disconnection problem in Eldine server. The issue was due to a network problem in our servers. Luckily the issue seems resolved now!
- We will also fix and issue in the game databases during the server maintenance.
- We will keep our eyes on all this, so no need to worry! We will do our best to deliver the best of Arcane Online.
Game Client Update
- In order to start the game after the server maintenance, please make sure you update the game from Google Play Store. *wink wink*
- If the game is not updated to the most recent version, you’ll not be able to play.
