You can add some enchantments to your gear in order to increase your stats.
You will notice that there are also 5 specific enchantments which can be pretty useful in combat:
– Dark Vortex: Absorbs 100% of your Dark Damage value as HP (Shards do NOT count)
– Electric Shock: Reduces opponent’s Melee and Magic Evasion Rate by 10% for 6 seconds.
– Inertia (formerly Burn): Reduces the target’s Melee and Magic Hit Rate by 10% for 6 seconds..
– Exhaustion (formerly Frostbite): Reduces the target’s Melee and Magic Crit Rate by 20% for 6 seconds
– Affliction (formerly Poisoning): Reduces the target’s HP Regen by 50% for 12 seconds (Heals and Potions).
Each enchantment will be displayed as for instance Dark Vortex +3.
The +X means the percentage of chance of activation of the skill.
In the example above, it would mean Dark Vortex has 3% chance to activate and to absorb 100% of your Dark Damage value as HP.
Notes:
– you can only gain these enchantments on your main weapon!
– Aflliction is important as it helps a lot against Potions use and the Shaman’s Heals.
– Dark Vortex is not as useful at high level considering the amount of HP you may have.
– These Enchantments are unrelated to Elements (except Dark Vortex as it uses your Dark Damage for HP regen).
