Arcane Online-When is the Support Team available and how to contact them?-[Arcane Online]

Our Arcane Online team and developers are based in Asia, with a time zone UTC+9.

We are available Monday to Friday, from 1AM UTC to 11AM UTC.
However may be able to do some occasional support outside this time frame or during week-ends, especially in case of technical issues affecting all players.
If you encounter an issue, we would really appreciate if you could follow the following steps:
– Contact us in-game via the Settings menu, Support section (you may check the FAQ first); OR
– If you can’t login, contact us via the support website instead (same tool but web access); OR
– If you can’t access the server (you can’t pass the login, or get a failed to connect to server messsage or the server is greyed in the Servers List), you may check our Facebook page as well as this issue probably affects all players.
Note that we can’t do any proper 1:1 customer support via our Facebook page, or worst the Google Play Store Review page.
In particular contacting you via the Google Review is unfortunately extremely slow and inefficient process, especially for global issues. It just slows down our overall support capabilities and prevents us from working on other things like new events or future content updates.
Please use one of the 3 methods described above whenever possible instead. 🙂
