We would like to remind all players that the chat (incl. all chatting channels, as well as mails) is a place where you must follow the Terms of Service.
Keep in mind that what may be funny or else for some users can be very harmful to others, especially if under age.
Generally speaking our goal is not to suspend players from chatting, but just make sure you understand that the chat is viewed by many players of different age and culture, and as such you should avoid content that can be harmful or insulting to others, especially strong vulgar, sexual and drug related content…
If some players abuse the world chat, whisper or mail system, we may warn them and in some cases we may temporarily or permanently suspend them from chatting, at our own discretion.
If you encounter another player who is violating any of the items described in the prohibited conduct list below, you can report them by contacting us in Settings / Support, with a screenshot ideally.
Here is the current list of violations which may lead to chat suspension (or account suspension for the severe ones):

Strong vulgar language, crude or explicit sexual references, discussions of illegal drugs, and hate speech are always inappropriate User Content for Gala Inc.
In particular by accepting the Terms of Serviceyou agreed not to engage in any of the following and that the licenses granted to you can be revoked (with or without notice) and ineffective if you:
(a) Are under age 13, or if you are between the ages of 14 and 17 and have not obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian;
(b) Post, transmit, promote, or distribute illegal content.
(c) Harass, threaten, abuse, disparage, libel, slander, or harm another user of the Service or Gala Inc. employees.
(d) Transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person’s view, objectionable.
(g) Disrupt the flow of chat in chat rooms with vulgar language, abusiveness, hitting the return key repeatedly or inputting large images so the screen goes by too fast to read, use of excessive shouting [all caps] in an attempt to disturb other users, "spamming" or flooding [posting repetitive text].
(h) Impersonate another person, indicate that you are a Gala Inc. employee, or attempt to mislead users of the Service by indicating that you represent Gala Inc. or any of Gala Inc.’s licensors or affiliates.
(i) Attempt to get a log-in I.D, password, or other Account information, or any other private information from a user of the Service. Remember: Gala Inc. employees will NEVER ask for your password. Don’t give your password, secret answers, or billing information out to anyone.
(k) Engage in or promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.
(m) Post messages for any purpose other than personal communication, including, without limitation, advertising, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or make any commercial use of our Service.
(q) Post or communicate any user’s real-world personal information within the Service.
