Shop Heroes-What happens to a hero’s level and equipment when they’re locked after someone leaving the city?-[Shop Heroes Italian]

All progress and gear equipped to a hero will remain on that hero until the requirements to unlock the hero are met.

The hero is frozen until you are able to access the hero again.
