Yes, you may be able to recover your account if you linked your game from the Accounts tab of the Setting menu in-game. (We HIGHLY recommend this, especially for iOS users.)
If this does not restore your game, please provide as much of the following information as possible for both the new and old account:
ShopKeeperName#12345 (found under your name in the profile menu)
Level
City
Gold
Gems
Purchase Receipts
