If you have not updated to the newest version of the game, it may cause problems when you try to run Shop Heroes. Please make sure that you have updated the game to see if it will solve your problem. If the problem persist please send a support ticket.
To update, you will need to open either the App Store or Play store, depending on your device, and find Shop Heroes in your game collection. Once you find it you can simply choose to update.
