The game may not be loading properly for a multiple number of reasons, but don’t worry, we’ll do our best to get the problem solved! Before submitting a ticket please try the following:
– Hard refresh (ctrl + shift + r) the game.
– If the problem persists please visit http://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup and check the box "disable all caching" to see if that fixes the issue.
If the game still does not load after trying the above steps, please submit a ticket to us with a screenshot of the loading screen and/or error message so that we may better assist you.
