Click the "Send Heroes" button in the City Raid feature to open up the hero selection for City Raid quests.
City Raid quest will function EXACTLY like dungeon quest. This means that hero skills, power, etc. will be the same as in the other quests. The only notable difference is a hero may survive the quest and bring back nothing. There will be required power for questing.
Additionally, there will be three chosen heroes that will receive a "double loot" advantage if used in the City Raid quest.
All City Raid quest will last 2 hours.
