There are a few ways to recruit for your city.
1. From your City screen, tap on the Green Shield to your left, this will bring up your city member’s window. To invite a player, click on an empty slot with ‘invite’ text and enter the player’s full ID that can be found under their name after clicking on their shop keeper. It should look like this: name#12345.
2. Use invite button on a player’s profile either by clicking on their comment in chat, or clicking on their profile in the ranking trophy icon on the top right corner.
3. Visit the City Recruitment section of our Forums (http://bit.ly/1KQpO9m), as there are always a handful of people looking for cities to join.
