Pixowl is fully compliant with COPPA, and this requires us to restrict some parts of the game for players Under 13. We do have to err on the side of caution to ensure that Kids are properly protected, and therefore it is not possible for anyone to alter a players age (either a player or our Staff).
Regrettable as it may be, the only solution in these instances will be to reinstall the game.
