The Moderator Function can be accessed from the settings in your player’s profile. Click on “game help” and then on “contact MOD”
From there you can select to apply to become a Moderator by tapping on “Become a Mod”, check what Moderator duties are in the details by clicking on “Mod Duties” and also contact a Moderator by clicking on “Contact Mod”.
When contacting a Moderator, you will be able to send a message to a random Moderator in the game and then read his answer directly from your mail box in the Mod tab.
When should you contact a MOD?
You should contact a MOD when you have a question about the game, a question about amoderator and when you have a suggestion to submit!
BUT you should not use this function for the following points:
– Report a bug or when facing a payment issue, both cases should be reported only through the Customer Support.
– Reporting “toxic” behavior, MODs will deal with these problems only in their Kingdom.
What are MOD powers and benefits?
Moderators can decide to mute certain players following specific rules, but they don’t gain any gameplay advantage from their position.
Thebenefitsof being a moderator are that you can join test servers, receive in-game compensation as a reward for helping and directly discuss issues with game developers.
