Arena of Valor – I connected to Google Play but my account isn’t loading!

Please check to see that you’re connecting to the correct Google Play account you bound your game to. If you’re using the wrong Google Play account your game will not prompt you to restore your game save. It’s imperative to check your credentials.To access your game account:1. Please verify that you are using the correct Google Play account on your device.2. Go into the game settings and tap “Bind Acct.” to bind your account to the email address you originally used to bind your account.3. If your account was bound to an old email you no longer have access to, please contact Google support.We cannot access your Google Play account information. We will need Google to find the correct login in order to recover your game account.
