Arena of Valor – I connected to Game Center but my account isn’t loading!

Please check to see that you’re connecting to the correct Game Center account you bound your game to. If you’re using the wrong Game Center account your game will not prompt you to restore your game save. It’s imperative to check your credentials. To access your game account: 1. Please verify that you are using the correct Game Center account on your device. 2. Go into the game settings and tap "Bind Acct." to bind your account to the Game Center you originally used to bind your account. 3. If your account was bound to an old email you no longer have access to, please contact Apple for support. We cannot access your Game Center account information. We will need Apple to find the correct login in order to recover your game account.
