1. Open iTunes, and select "iTunes Store" by clicking on the arrow at the top left-hand corner of the page then select "Home". 2. Sign in by clicking on the "Sign In" button at the top left-hand corner of the screen. After signing in, your Apple ID should appear on the same spot. Click on it and select "Account" 3. Approximately halfway down the screen you’ll see "Purchase History". Click on "View all" to view all your recent transactions. 4. Locate the purchase you’ve had issues with and click on it. Another screen will open up where you have to click on "Report a Problem" right next to the transaction you wish to be refunded for. Note: If the app was bought a while ago, you can locate it by clicking on the "Previous Purchases" section and clicking on the expand arrow to bring up the "Report a Problem" link. 5. Fill out the form that follows, and be sure to be as detailed as possible – when finished click "Next". iTunes should respond within a few days and process your refund within a week.
