Please send us the following information:
– Your account ID and your server name. Please click any one of your heroes in the main interface and you can find out your account ID and the server name on the right side of the screen.
– A screenshot of transaction details including order number, order date and time, and amount.
Tips to find out the transaction details:
For Android: You can go to check your emails from Google Play to find out the payment details.
For iOS: Open Itunes in your computer -> Log in with your Apple ID -> ‘Account Info’ -> ‘Purchase History’ -> ‘See All’ -> Find the purchase
