For Diamonds purchased in-game, only basic Diamonds are counted as Honor Rank points. For example, the basic diamonds from the premium card (600) and monthly card (280) count towards honor rank. However, the 100 diamonds you gain within the effective period do not count.
To sum up, the extra diamonds from ONE TIME OFFER, the daily 100 Diamonds obtained from Monthly Card or Premium Card are not counted as Honor Rank points.
