Refining equipment means to re-generate the basic stats of the equipment. When the character and the equipment both reach level 50, the "refine" function will be unlocked.
After the equipment has been refined, the regenerated stat of the equipment is random. After refining the equipment, the higher the rating, the better the regenerated stat will be.
On the "refine" page, you can lock the stat you want to keep as is.
