Try these steps to locate your account.
1st Step -> Account type: Check which account type is shown on the 3rd button from the top in the upper right corner of the Start page. You can tap to switch account types (for example Facebook/Google/Game Center/Guest).
2nd & 3rd Step -> Server & ‘All’ List: Tap ‘Server’ in the upper right. Then in the ‘All’ list, please select the server with the related character level you are looking for.
If you have any further problems, please tell us your account name/account ID and the server name.
