Crusaders of Light – There are more than 80 people in registering the Team raid, why it isn’t starting yet?

The matching mechanics are partially related to how many teams that join the team raid and how many members in each team. For example, there are 3 teams for matching but each team not full of 40 members. Even if the total registration members are over 80, the matching is not successful.
