Crusaders of Light – When will I receive my NetEase Rewards?

Reward issuance varies and is reliant on when and which campaign you registered for. During the sign-up process you would have been informed as to when to expect your reward. As a general principal if you signed-up for a campaign which has a prize readily available, and you selected a supported Android/PC based platform, you will receive a gift code instantly. You can then use your gift code to redeem your prize in-game. If you are on iOS an additional step is required, when prompted input your e-mail address, S/N Number, and server. Your reward will be sent to you in-game within 3 business days.
