Crusaders of Light – For Top Up Reward, what does the recharge points of 10/40 mean ?

The top up reward is counted by your total recharge amount in USD. For example, 10/40 in Top Up Reward page means your total recharge amount is USD10 and the top up reward requirement is USD40.
