There can be many different reasons for losing an account, from device failure to sync issues. We will investigate every care we get and do our best to recover the lost accounts of all our players.Please follow the steps below if you have lost your Account:1. Open the Battlelands Royale game2. Navigate to the Settings menu and tap Support3. Tap on Account Recovery and make sure to send us as much info as you can following this article.4. If you wish to submit a ticket, please tap "No" when prompted with the question "Was this helpful?" and you will be able to submit a ticket to Player Support.Please send us the following information:1. Your original BattlerTag (the format is your player name#1234) from your old account. If possible, attached with a screenshot from the main lobby screen where we can see this.
2. Your original user ID (bottom left corner of the Settings menu) from your old account. If possible, attached with a screenshot of the Settings menu where we can see this.Receipt(s) of the in-app purchase(s) you’ve made in the past 30 days. If no purchases have been made, please specify.
3. Home country and city.4. Your device model.5. The server region you play on (Europe, US West, Australia, South America, Asia)6. Creation date of the account (Month/Year)7. How you came into possession of the account8. Your Facebook name, if you’ve used the in-game Sync feature (Facebook)If possible, please provide us with as much information as possible on what happened leading up to the progress loss. It’s super useful as it helps us identify issues that could help others in future!After submitting your ticket, Player Support will look into your case and assist you with recovering your account. Please keep in mind that without being able to verify the account ownership, we will not be able to assist you in recovering it.
