Refunding successful transactions for items which have been purchased through the in-game Shop and used in-game is strictly prohibited and abusing the refund system can get your account permanently disabled.Please note that we reserve the right to not revoke suspensions for permanently suspended accounts.Please check this FAQ article: Account Disabled
