We kindly ask all players to use the in-game Support option when submitting a new support request. You can find the Support button by tapping on the Settings menu and selecting the Support tab. The "contact us" option is visible after each FAQ article at the bottom-right, if our players do not feel that the article has helped them with their issue.Please note – For the time being, we only offer English support. Should you have any problems understanding our replies, please take advantage of online translation services such as Google Translate.Please also note that you don’t need to translate your messages for us. When contacting us, please make sure to share as much information as possible, describing the issue in detail and even attaching screenshots.Our Battlelands Royale community is thriving!
