Battlelands Royale – Third Party Applications

Futureplay’s Stance: No external software should directly interfere with the in-game player experience.Competitive games are fun and enjoyable because each player is granted the same amount of information about the game than the other players. Some players might want to gain an unfair advantage by using 3rd party applications to modify their gameplay. 3rd party applications are programs or apps which are not part of Battlelands Royale. Applications we take measures against are those which impede the competitive nature of Battlelands Royale.We do not accept apps which provide any measurable advantage to players. We’d prefer to set fair expectations by calling out some of the features that are definitely not acceptable. Some examples of measurable advantage:

  • Taking actions on a player’s behalf (botting or scripting)
  • Increased damage towards enemies
  • Exposing information which is obscured

Guideline for using third party applications:Some third-party applications might include services which do not directly affect the gameplay and thus may fall within acceptable territory (for example guides for the game). If that application offers any unauthorised services, using it at all will still result in the loss of your account.We cannot continually audit and approve applications that may be safe to use. This is why we offer the aforementioned guideline: if it directly affects the gameplay in any way, it is not acceptable. If you have any concern that an application may fall in this category, it is better to be safe and to not use it at all.If any player is found to be creating (and/or distributing) hacks, mods, bots or other 3rd party applications which alter the game, they will be permanently suspended from the game with immediate effect. Player Reports:If you suspect you’ve encountered a player using 3rd party applications please send us a player report with the full BattlerTag of the player in question, and we will investigate the account and take any necessary measures we see fit.Please note – if your account is permanently suspended due to use of 3rd party applications and you have made in-app purchases, we reserve the right to not refund any of the purchases associated with the account.Thank you.
