The name change feature unlocks once you reach XP Level 5. Your first name change is free of charge. If you want an additional name change, you can do so with Gems through the Settings menu and tapping the Change Name button.Please note that we don’t change user names upon request and offensive names will be dealt with by our moderator team on a regular basis.
