If that does not work, go to: Settings > Help and Support and then tap on the "Account" section of the support page. From there, you can find information on how to recover your account.If you still need help, there’s a blue "Contact Us" button which you can tap and send us a message.Please make sure to include the following information:
- Exact name of the account you lost access to
- Club name of the account you lost access to
- XP level of the account you lost access to
- Explain how you lost the account
