Don’t worry, your account will not be deleted after the update. If you can’t find it after logging in to the game, then you must have accidentally used wrong account or changed server. Since data is not shared between different servers, please log back into your original server to find your character.
Accounts can’t be transferred between servers, so please take care to remember which one you are playing on. If you still are unable to find your account, please contact us in-game by going to Settings – Help.
