Not received your Magic Gems?

Although most transactions go through without a problem, errors sometimes occur when the server is running slower than usual. As purchases may take some time to be credited to your account, we ask that you be patient and do not purchase again, as the first purchase might be being processed.

You can also try clearing the game’s cache from your device then checking if the purchase has reached your account using the following method: Double tap the Home button to open your recently used apps, find HoC and swipe upwards to close it, then tap the game icon to restart.

If you still have not received your Magic Gems within 12 hours, please contact us providing the Order Number.

How do I find the Order Number

1. Open iTunes and login to your Account via the dropdown menu in the top right corner.

2. Next, scroll down to “Purchase History” and tap “See All”.


3. Find your HoC order number via date and content, then note down the Order Number:


4. Tap the arrow to the left of the order to display the full transaction details.

5. Take a screenshot of the above details and send it to Customer Services in-game via “Settings – Account – Help” along with your IGN and server name.
