Mobile Legends – My child or I accidentally made an in-app purchase. How do I see about a refund?

As with most downloadable software products, items bought
through our games (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. In some
special occasions there can be exceptions, However, there are some exceptions. Please
take notice of following guidelines before submitting a refund request.

  • Refund requests must be
    made within 7 days of original purchase.
  • Refund requests will be
    denied if diamonds were used to purchase any in-game products, such as heroes
    or skins or chests.
  • Google Play refunds for
    purchases made on Android devices are possible through our customer service.
  • For Apple
    (iOS) devices:

    Visit Apple support (https://support.apple.com/itunes)
    and select the “Contact iTunes store support” link, then
    “Purchases, billing and redemption” and choose the option that fits
    you best.

    For Google
    (Android) devices:

    Please send your payment concerns to payment@moonton.com or reach out to the customer platform in game.
    Make sure to mention when you made the original purchase and provide proof of
    purchase. Also, please provide us with your order number (e.g. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345).
    Proof of purchase must be clear and unaltered. To find your proof of purchase,
    please check your app store account’s email address or in your app store’s

    NOTICE:

    In order to preserve the fairness of the game, once your refund request
    is successful, our system will automatically deduct the diamonds acquired from
    the refunded purchase. If you’ve already purchased in-game products, and do not
    have sufficient diamonds, your diamond balance will be negative. At the same
    time, all the heroes you own and all game modes will be blocked until you
    recharge your account with diamonds to return your diamond balance back to
    normal. If you are refunding the Starlight Membership, we will remove the
    exclusive skins, avatar borders, and any other Starlight privileges from your
    account. Players who make frequent refund requests will be flagged as refund
    abuse, we reserve the right to delete these players’ accounts.
