If you want to continue your progress on a new device, you need to make sure that the old progress is at least connected to a Moonton or 3rd-party account. If you have already done that, open the game on your new device, tap your Avatar – “Account Settings” – “Switch Account” and log in your old progress with your connected account.
If your old progress has not connected to any account and you cannot log in it, please contact the customer service!
