Mobile Legends – Why can’t I complete the connection?

Requirements for connecting account

Connecting accounts requires your game progress at least lv.8.

What’s more, you can’t complete the connecting process on a new device or IP.

If the email you used to register Moonton account can’t receive emails, please try the methods below:

  • Double-check your email address to make sure it is correct.

  • Check the spam/trash mails.

  • Improve your network connection.

  • If all the above methods don’t work, please try using another email. 

Account has connected to another game progress

1. Double-check if you’ve logged in a correct account in your 3rd party application.

2. If you’re using website login for connecting FB, VK or other social media, we suggest cleaning the browser cache first and try again.

3. If you’re notified this account has connected to another game progress while connecting to a Google Play account, please try the below method:

a) Open google’s Play Games application.

b) Tap the button on the top right corner, then select Settings.

c) On the Settings screen, you will see “Automatically sign in to supported games” option in the “Profile and privacy” module, please turn off this function.

d) Then restart the game. Now you can select google an account for connecting.

4. If all the above Q&As cannot help you out, please try the below steps:

a) First connect your game progress with a Moonton Account (This is very important, please make sure your current game progress has connected to an account or you will not be able to load back to this progress.)

b) Then enter the account settings page and tap the button “Switch Account” on the right side. Log in the account you want to connect (though it has been connected to another game progress).

c) After login, proceed to the account settings again, then tap Account Center -> 3rd Party Account Disconnect Self-service and disconnect this 3rd party account.

d) Afterword tap the “Switch Account” again, log in with your Moonton Account and switch to the previous game progress, then you will be able to connect this progress to the 3rd party account.

If you encountered this issue, please try to change your network environment. Such as you can try to use WiFi/4G.
