Resetting account is not allowed right now. However, you can disconnect an account or change connection.
If you want to disconnect from a Facebook or other 3-rd party account, tap Account Center and select “3rd Party Account Disconnect Self-service” -> select the account you want to disconnect -> Select a disconnection method.
If you can still use your 3rd-party account, you can log in with it to disconnect. Complete the verification process as instructed to finish disconnection.
If you cannot disconnect via the original 3rd-party account, you can use Moonton account for verification instead. Tap “Verify via Moonton Mail Address to disconnect” , we will send a verification code to your email. By entering the correct verification code you can complete the disconnection.
Please note that to ensure your account safety, connecting at least one account is needed. If this is your only connected account, you will not be able to disconnect it.
Disconnecting email is not applicable to Moonton accounts, but you can change your connecting email in Moonton Account Center. Tap Avatar -> Account Settings -> Account Center, select “Change Moonton Mail Address” and we will send a confirmation mail to your original email. You can complete the change via the link in the mail.
