Mobile Legends – Why are my diamonds negative? My heroes are frozen can’t join Ranked match!

A negative diamond balance indicates account misuse. Once your diamonds are negative, we will freeze all bought heroes which means you will not be able to use them nor play Ranked matches until you recharge your diamond balance to a positive number. There are some possibility

First: We will deduct the equivalent diamond if any player is found to have acquired a large number of game items through a bug.

Second: A negative diamond balance happens when you refund a diamond order after the diamonds have already been used.

There is another possibility that your payment didn’t go through and an automatic refund may have happened

For refund issues related to Google or Apple, please contact their respective support services.

For Apple (iOS) devices:

Visit Apple support and select the “Contact iTunes store support” link, then “Purchases, billing and redemption” and choose the option that fits you best.

For Google (Android) devices:

Visit Google support and perform a search, or use the ‘Contact us’ button on the page (English language site only) to reach a Google customer support representative by email or by phone.
