Mobile Legends – Why can I not claim the achievement reward?

the reward is for your achievement level, not your account level.

if your achievement level has fulfilled the requirement but you didn’t get the reward, please tap your avatar > FAQ > the chat bubble button in the top right corner to contact GMs, and send a screenshot of your present achievement page.
