Earn points by attacking Infected within the Plague Zone.
You can find 3 types of Zone Infected:
Each one is stronger than the previous one and requires a different method of attack.
Zone Mobs: You can send March Troops to attack them directly. You will fight one part of a Zone Mob at a time, Winning will reduce their remaining numbers, losing will cause no change.
Zone Menace: You need to send your Heroes into the Plagues Zone to attack and weaken the Menace first. The Zone Challenge will last for 90 seconds, consuming a Challenge Attempt in the process no matter if you win or lose.
When the Menace’s Total HP hits zero you can send your troops to attack the Menace’s supporting legions. Each March will reduce the Troop Power of the Zone Menace. When the supporting legions are eradicated and the Power is zero, the Zone Menace will be fully defeated. Dealing Damage and reducing Troop Power will earn more points than attacking the Zone Mobs.
Zone Matriarch: You will need to defeat all Zone Menaces before you can attack the Zone Matriarch. The battle rules are the same as eliminating a Zone Menace. Dealing Damage to a Matriarch and reducing its Troop Power will earn you the most points.
