Craft Chief Equipment in the Workshop.

1) When you have an Equipment Design you can visit the Workshop to Craft the equipment.

2) If you own another Design of the same piece of equipment you can Enhance the equipment to increase its effectiveness.

3) Embedding Medals. You can embed Medals into your equipment to obtain more benefits.
