Stamina
the essential resource needed for attacking monsters, world boss, alliance boss, and challenging dragon tower, you can check how much stamina you have in the lord page, the green bar below the lord avatar.
You can increase the upper limit of your stamina by using the stamina essence (can only increase by 100 maximum), college, hero skills, monthly pack privilege, hero skin of Eagle Witch, activating Eagle Witch’s talent and appointed her as doctors, etc
