A Golf Clash account will only be suspended if a player has breached our Terms of Service.
All account suspensions are permanentAccounts can be suspended for the following reasons:
- Purchase fraud – purchasing Gems or bundles from third party services. All items must be purchased directly via the Golf Clash app.
- Cheating – the use of any form of cheat or hack. (Including, but not limited to ‘Perfect shot cheats and no wind cheats.)
- The selling, sharing or trading of Golf Clash accounts.
- Chat violations
- Support violations – sending abusive or threatening messages to Customer Support.
