Star Trek™ Fleet Command Guide – What is the total time reduction per alliance help request fulfilled?

Joining an alliance has its benefits – one of them is being able to ask your alliance members for help to reduce the time spent on building or researching. The time reduction per request is 1 minute or 1% of the total time, whichever is higher.
